Support children & youth with special health needs
Family-to-Family Health Information Centers provide technical assistance, training, and facilitate connections between the parents of children and young people with special healthcare needs.
Mostly staffed by parents of children with special needs, the Centers help families struggling to find healthcare financing and resources for the chronic and complex health issues they commonly face together. This nationwide network keeps children and their families at the center of their care decisions and supports their efforts to integrate young people with disabilities into their local schools and communities.
Led by Rep. Frank Pallone, House advocates for individuals with disabilities put out the call to extend this valuable and effective community service through 2015. Sign the petition and join them today.
